If you're not satisfied with your purchase, all unworn shoes (regular price and sale) may be returned in its original package, along with the original receipt within 14 days of purchase for a full refund that will be credited in the manner in which the payment was made. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

(1)All returns must be accompanied by the receipt or purchase order. If no purchase order or receipt is provided the lowest price in the last 30 days will be used.
(2)Falc Canada Inc reserves the right to confirm returned product condition and information before refunding.
(3)Falc Canada Inc is not responsible for the loss or damage of your return shipment. We suggest that you pack your shipment well and send via registered mail or courier.
(4)NO COD's will be accepted.
(5)Unless Falc Canada Inc makes an error during order processing or shipping, return shipping fees will be covered by the customer.
If a product is returned to Falc Canada Inc online store shipping fees will not be refunded.
